DAY 24
woke up @ 7
today begins my fast!
fasting dinner + spending more solitary time with God
so i sat up on the roof up til 7.45
when we were supposed to leave for youth parK!
today's classes were practical stuff.
we spent time with God in the park
ALONE. for 3 hours
surprisingly, i did it.
i couldnt sit still (duh ahaha)
so i walked around the field, the pavillion
went to get a drink
then swing-ed for abt 1.5 hours. xD
(the swing was for children age 12 and below. teehee)
left at 11
then...ate lunch early!
poor carra came at 12.30 to eat lunch with us
and there was no one around. hahaha sorry.
after that we rested a bit
then went to clean up the kawan building!
went there with black slippers
came back with grey ones. heh
so took a really cold shower
then off to 1on1 with carra.
good stuff.
we lay down on the classroom floor
with the air cond on and pillows hugged.
talked until abt 5.30 like that.
dinner i fasted. heh
they had spaghetti
BUTBUTBUT wtv u know. i can always eat it another time. xP
after THEIR dinner
we hung around with carra (shes awesomeeeeeeeeee)
then left at 7.45
for kawan. street evangelism!
was really cool tonight.
i was in rachel's group
(rachel's the current kawan leader but shes leaving next week! awwww :C )
anyways.
we went visiting prostitutes.
honestly i felt violated
cause well, with prostitutes u have men looking for them
and yeah.
those men were like looking at us like we're meat. ugh. seriously.
so yeah we were trying to hide as much as we could. heh
thank God i was wearing black, in a dark alley. seriously thank God.
yet
im going back next week xD
so yeah. debriefed back at kawan building.
then walked home
and now sitting in thedark (cause its lights out already!)
and trying to blog with half-open eyes.
hahha.
